  • • As an Enterprise Regional Director for the Southeast region at Glean Technologies, you will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in a high-impact sales leadership role. This position is critical to scaling Glean’s Work AI platform across enterprise customers in the Carolinas, Georgia, and Florida.
  • • Day to day, you will develop and execute regional sales plans, manage and coach a team of Account Executives, build and accelerate sales pipelines, lead complex contract negotiations, and ensure customer success and retention. You will also collaborate with partners, recruit and develop talent, and maintain accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • • Glean is a fast-growing AI innovator recognized by Fast Company, CNBC, Forbes, and Gartner, providing a secure, extensible Work AI platform used by over 1,000 employees across 25+ countries and 50+ industries. The company empowers organizations to deploy AI agents, intelligent search, and assistants without vendor lock-in.
