- • Your primary mission as an Enterprise Sales Development Representative will be to spearhead the development and scaling of Vibe's enterprise pipeline. This role is fundamentally centered on proactive outbound prospecting, with a high-priority secondary focus on managing and converting inbound enterprise leads.
- • You will be responsible for initiating new, high-value conversations with promising enterprise brands and agencies. Your efforts will ensure a consistent and healthy pool of warm, meeting-ready enterprise accounts, guaranteeing that every scheduled meeting is well-prepared, aligned with the prospect's challenges, and demonstrates clear readiness for engagement.
- • You will collaborate intimately with Account Executives, contributing to the strategic planning for target accounts, prioritizing outreach based on intent signals, and ensuring the continuous progression of enterprise opportunities.
- • This is a hands-on, high-impact position designed for individuals who possess a genuine passion for outbound sales methodologies, a commitment to disciplined execution, and a desire to build substantial pipeline within a rapidly expanding organization.
- • Key Responsibilities:
- • Drive the generation of new enterprise pipeline by meticulously identifying and engaging with high-potential brands and agencies that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for enterprise clients.
- • Execute highly personalized outbound outreach campaigns across multiple channels, including phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, aiming for 40-50 high-quality outbound calls per day.
- • Proactively leverage intent signals, alerts, and engagement data to strategically prioritize target accounts and dynamically adjust daily outreach strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- • Diligently qualify inbound and outbound opportunities through insightful discovery calls, validating problem alignment, identifying urgency, and confirming meeting readiness before scheduling.
- • Take full ownership of assigned enterprise inbound leads, ensuring prompt follow-up, accurate booking of meetings, and consistently high attendance rates.
- • Foster close collaboration with Account Executives, contributing to account strategy development, mapping buying committees, and ensuring seamless, well-documented handoffs of qualified opportunities.
- • Actively nurture accounts across various stages of intent, maintaining a robust pipeline of warm, meeting-ready enterprise opportunities.
- • Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records within Salesforce and Outreach, ensuring zero overdue tasks and upholding a high standard of execution discipline and CRM hygiene.
- • Contribute to the continuous refinement of sales processes and messaging based on market feedback and engagement outcomes.
- • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies within the ad tech and CTV space to inform outreach strategies and value propositions.
- • Participate actively in team meetings, strategy sessions, and training programs to enhance skills and contribute to collective success.
- • Embrace a data-driven approach to performance, regularly reviewing metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize outreach efforts.
- • Develop a deep understanding of Vibe's product offerings and value proposition to effectively articulate solutions to prospective clients.
- • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders within target enterprise accounts and agencies.
- • Consistently strive to exceed performance targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the sales team.
