- • This role is integral to a high-performing, agile team that champions clarity, speed, and exceptional execution. - • Your primary mission as an Enterprise Sales Development Representative will be to spearhead the development and scaling of Vibe’s enterprise pipeline. This position is fundamentally centered on proactive outbound prospecting, with a high-priority secondary focus on effectively managing and converting inbound enterprise leads.
- • You will be instrumental in initiating new dialogues with high-potential enterprise brands and agencies, meticulously maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified, meeting-ready enterprise accounts. A key aspect of your role will be ensuring that every scheduled meeting is characterized by clear context, a strong alignment with the prospect's challenges, and a demonstrable readiness to engage.
- • You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, contributing to the strategic planning for target accounts, prioritizing outreach based on critical intent signals, and ensuring the continuous momentum of enterprise opportunities.
- • This is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity for an individual who possesses a genuine passion for outbound sales methodologies, a commitment to disciplined execution, and a desire to build significant pipeline within a rapidly expanding organization.
- • Key Responsibilities:
- • Proactively generate new enterprise pipeline by identifying, researching, and engaging with high-potential brands and agencies that align with Vibe’s enterprise Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- • Execute highly personalized outbound outreach campaigns across multiple channels, including phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, aiming for 40–50 high-quality outbound calls per day.
- • Leverage intent signals, real-time alerts, and engagement data to strategically prioritize target accounts and dynamically adjust daily outreach strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- • Conduct thorough and insightful discovery calls to qualify inbound and outbound opportunities, validating problem fit, assessing urgency, and confirming meeting readiness before booking.
- • Take ownership of assigned enterprise inbound leads, ensuring prompt follow-up, efficient booking of qualified meetings, and high attendance rates.
- • Foster strong collaborative relationships with Account Executives, actively participating in account strategy development, mapping buying committees, and ensuring seamless, context-rich handoffs of qualified opportunities.
- • Implement proactive account nurturing strategies across various intent levels to cultivate and maintain a healthy, consistent pool of warm, meeting-ready enterprise opportunities.
- • Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records within Salesforce and Outreach, ensuring zero overdue tasks and upholding a high standard of execution discipline and CRM hygiene.
