- • As a pivotal member of the North American expansion team at Perceptyx, you will serve as an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR), instrumental in cultivating a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities. - • You will be at the forefront of engaging senior-level decision-makers within large, complex organizations. Your primary focus will be to connect with HR, Employee Experience (EX), Learning & Development (L&D), and Transformation leaders, understanding their most pressing strategic workforce challenges and demonstrating how Perceptyx's continuous listening platform can provide actionable insights and drive meaningful organizational change.
- • Your day-to-day will involve a multi-channel outbound strategy, leveraging phone calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and participation in industry events to identify and engage potential clients. This proactive approach is crucial for building relationships and uncovering unmet needs within target enterprise accounts.
- • A key responsibility will be the effective qualification of prospects. This involves deep discovery calls to understand their current challenges, pain points, and strategic objectives related to employee engagement, performance, wellbeing, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and change management initiatives. You will assess the alignment of Perceptyx's solutions with their business needs and identify the true potential for enterprise-level partnerships.
- • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work in close partnership with Enterprise Account Executives (AEs), ensuring a seamless transition of qualified leads. This involves delivering comprehensive meeting handoffs, providing clear context, sharing gathered insights, and documenting confirmed buyer intent to equip the AEs for successful engagement.
- • Maintaining impeccable CRM hygiene and meticulously tracking territory engagement are essential for success. Your insights into regional market dynamics and engagement strategies will be invaluable in refining our go-to-market approach. You will be expected to consistently meet or exceed pipeline generation targets, directly contributing to the company's revenue growth objectives.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2-5 years of professional experience, with a strong preference for experience in enterprise SaaS B2B sales development or inside sales.
- • Demonstrated success in selling or prospecting into enterprise organizations, ideally with a focus on HR, L&D, or Employee Experience leaders.
- • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the proven ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders.
- • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
