- • Lead enterprise sales initiatives within the Philadelphia, PA market, establishing and maintaining professional relationships with new and existing enterprise accounts.
- • Qualify, manage, and advance sales leads from marketing campaigns and internal SDR teams, converting SQLs into closed/won opportunities through disciplined pipeline management.
- • Own and expand territory performance by building and executing strategic account-based and territory-wide sales plans that exceed assigned growth targets and quotas.
- • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting efforts, including cold outreach, network engagement, and market analysis.
- • Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs, align Semperis’ identity and cybersecurity solutions to those needs, and position products effectively within enterprise environments.
- • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Semperis’ product portfolio, pricing models, and service offerings to ensure accurate and persuasive customer engagement.
- • Build and leverage trusted partner relationships and strategic alliances in conjunction with the Territory Channel Director to drive joint sales outcomes.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and customer requirements.
- • Demonstrate a “Challenger” sales mindset by educating clients, advising on industry trends, and taking ownership of the sales process from initial contact through contract closure.
- • Travel within the Philadelphia territory as needed to meet with prospects, clients, and partners, ensuring consistent on-site engagement and relationship cultivation.
- • Stay current with evolving enterprise cybersecurity threats, identity management trends, and competitive landscape to maintain credibility and strategic advantage in sales conversations.
- • Adhere to CRM protocols and sales reporting standards to ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking.
- • Represent Semperis with integrity and professionalism, reinforcing company values of purpose, growth, and work-life balance in all customer and internal interactions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or identity sales
- • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience successfully selling to enterprise accounts
- • Active Directory, Azure AD, or identity-related sales experience is a plus
- • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas
- • Strong territory planning and sales methodology expertise
- • Ability to work across all levels of enterprise organizations and reside within 45 miles of Philadelphia, PA
