  • • As an Inbound Sales Development Representative at Pluralsight, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, turning inbound interest into meaningful sales conversations by understanding their needs and aligning them with Pluralsight’s mission to advance the world’s tech workforce.
  • • Day to day, you’ll respond quickly to inbound leads via live chat, email, and phone; conduct structured discovery conversations using the Three Whys and MEDDPICC frameworks; qualify opportunities by identifying metrics, decision criteria, and pain points; document insights in Salesforce; partner with Account Executives for seamless handoffs; manage a steady flow of conversations; and participate in coaching and training to accelerate your sales development.
  • • You’ll join a mission-driven, values-guided team at Pluralsight, a leading learning platform dedicated to accelerating technology skills for the global tech workforce, with a strong commitment to diversity, belonging, trust, autonomy, and continuous learning.
  • • In this role, you’ll build a foundation in consultative selling, master sales frameworks like MEDDPICC, develop critical communication and analytical skills, and gain experience that supports long-term career growth in sales or related fields, all while receiving coaching and professional development support.
