You must demonstrate a proven ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. As a discovery expert, you will possess the innate ability to deeply understand customers’ core challenges and objectives, even when not explicitly stated, and translate them into scalable, outcome-driven solutions, particularly when pioneering groundbreaking applications. Exceptional communication skills and executive presence are paramount, enabling you to engage effectively with both senior decision-makers and technical stakeholders, delivering concise, persuasive narratives and articulating tailored value propositions.
  • • **Profile of Success - Experienced Technical Practitioner:** Your technical acumen should encompass a strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and architectures, with practical experience integrating AI to deliver demonstrable value. Proficiency with SaaS-based solutions is essential. A working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs, is required. Familiarity with CCTV and video management systems, along with access control technologies (e.g., Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon, Ocularis), is considered a significant advantage. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is expected.
  • • **Profile of Success - Thought Leadership & Organizational Influence:** You should be a constructive influencer, comfortable professionally challenging assumptions both with customers and internally, guiding direction to strengthen customer and organizational outcomes.
