  • • You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding potential customers through the entire sales cycle, ensuring they deeply understand, effectively evaluate, and ultimately adopt DevRev's transformative solutions.
  • • This role is integral to the sales team, requiring close partnership with Enterprise Account Executives to strategize and execute impactful sales campaigns.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass a blend of deep technical expertise and compelling storytelling, including preparing and delivering tailored product demonstrations, leading customer evaluations, and contributing to the creation of persuasive proposals.
  • • You will collaborate extensively with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure customers perceive DevRev not merely as a product, but as a strategic platform that drives their business success.
  • • DevRev is pioneering the use of AI in sales, and you will be part of an AI-powered sales organization, leveraging our own revolutionary products and leading foundational AI models to enhance your daily work and drive customer value.
  • • You will provide expert technical guidance throughout the sales process, addressing customer inquiries with precision, confidence, and clarity.
  • • Partnering with Account Executives, you will delve into customer use cases, identify critical pain points, and architect bespoke solutions that leverage DevRev's capabilities.
  • • You will be responsible for delivering engaging product demonstrations, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and proofs of value that vividly illustrate DevRev's unique differentiators and tangible business impact.
  • • A key part of your role will involve contributing to Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) responses, crafting compelling proposals that directly align with and address specific customer needs.
  • • You will cultivate robust relationships with clients, establishing yourself as a go-to technical advisor, and ensuring seamless transitions to our Customer Success team post-sale.
  • • Your ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable, DevRev-aligned architectures and solutions will be paramount.
  • • You will actively support customization, integration, and configuration efforts in close coordination with our Product and Engineering departments.
  • • In instances where immediate support is required, you will provide early-stage onboarding assistance and contribute to issue resolution.
  • • You will have the opportunity to lead and deliver impactful workshops, bootcamps, and certification programs, and collaborate on co-creating joint service offerings with partners and customers.
  • • A vital aspect of your role will be to train and enable sales teams on new product updates, advanced technical capabilities, and competitive positioning, ensuring the entire sales force is technically proficient.
  • • You will be instrumental in developing essential sales enablement collateral, including technical playbooks, demo assets, comprehensive guides, and impactful case studies.
  • • Continuous monitoring of competitor offerings and market trends will be expected, with insights shared to inform and influence our strategic direction.
  • • You will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring peers and actively fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment within the team.
