  • • As an Enterprise Sales Engineer at DevRev, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing how businesses operate by leveraging cutting-edge AI technology. You will serve as a critical technical liaison, bridging the gap between DevRev's innovative AI-powered platform, Computer, and the complex needs of enterprise clients. Your primary mission will be to empower customers to fully understand, evaluate, and ultimately adopt DevRev solutions, ensuring their success and driving significant business impact.
  • • You will be an integral part of the direct sales team, working hand-in-hand with Enterprise Account Executives. This partnership will involve strategic planning and execution of sales campaigns, where your technical expertise will be paramount in demonstrating the value and capabilities of DevRev's offerings. Your role will demand a unique blend of deep technical acumen and compelling storytelling, enabling you to craft and deliver tailored product demonstrations, guide customers through rigorous evaluations, and contribute to the development of persuasive proposals.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to foster strong, trusted advisor relationships with clients. You will translate complex business challenges into elegant, scalable architectural solutions that align with the DevRev platform. This involves a deep understanding of customer pain points and the ability to articulate how DevRev's Team Intelligence can address them, breaking down silos and enhancing collaboration.
  • • You will be instrumental in showcasing DevRev's differentiators and the tangible business impact it delivers. This includes designing and executing Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and proofs of value that clearly illustrate the platform's capabilities and benefits. Your ability to connect technical features to strategic business outcomes will be crucial in winning over prospects.
  • • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and that technical configurations and integrations meet client requirements. This cross-functional synergy is vital for delivering a seamless and effective customer experience.
  • • Beyond the initial sale, you will play a role in ensuring a smooth transition to our Customer Success team, providing early-stage onboarding support and addressing any technical issues that may arise. This ensures a continuous positive experience for our clients.
  • • You will also contribute to the broader sales enablement efforts by developing technical playbooks, demo assets, guides, and case studies. These resources will empower the sales team and other stakeholders with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively position DevRev in the market.
  • • A significant part of your contribution will involve educating both customers and internal teams. This includes delivering workshops, bootcamps, and certifications, as well as co-creating joint service offerings with partners. You will also be responsible for training sales teams on new product updates, technical capabilities, and competitive positioning, ensuring everyone is equipped to succeed.
  • • Staying ahead of the curve is essential. You will monitor competitor offerings, analyze their strengths and weaknesses, and share these insights with the strategy and product teams to influence DevRev's competitive positioning and future development.
