- • As an Enterprise Sales Executive for Healthcare at UiPath, you will drive revenue growth by selling enterprise automation solutions to healthcare organizations across the East Coast and Mid-Atlantic region, directly impacting how healthcare providers improve operational efficiency and patient care through intelligent automation.
- • You will lead full-cycle sales engagements with C-suite executives, AI Centers of Excellence, and digital transformation leaders, positioning UiPath as a strategic partner in healthcare innovation by translating complex automation and AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes and ROI.
- • You will collaborate with Customer Success, partner ecosystems, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations, maximize customer value, and foster long-term relationships that drive expansion and advocacy within the healthcare sector.
- • You will develop and execute data-driven territory plans, monitor competitive landscapes, and continuously refine your approach to uncover new opportunities in a fast-evolving market, all while embodying UiPath’s culture of curiosity, generosity, and genuine collaboration.
- • You will grow your expertise in healthcare-specific automation use cases, AI governance, and enterprise sales strategy, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who not only meets quotas but shapes the future of healthcare operations through technology—earning recognition as a top performer in one of the industry’s most dynamic sales organizations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of proven solution or value-based selling experience, with a track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas in complex enterprise environments.
- • 3+ years of direct experience selling to healthcare enterprise accounts, including familiarity with healthcare operations, compliance challenges, and digital transformation initiatives.
- • Demonstrated ability to communicate AI and automation concepts clearly to C-suite stakeholders, translating technical capabilities into business outcomes, ROI, and strategic value aligned with enterprise governance frameworks.
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred; authorization to work in the United States is required; willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
