  • • Serve as an Enterprise Sales Executive focused exclusively on generating and closing new business within the insurance claims sector for Driven Claims, a leading Third-Party Administrator (TPA) in the auto glass insurance space.
  • • Proactively engage high-level decision makers including CEOs, Presidents, Chief Claims Officers, and SVPs of Claims at insurance carriers through outbound prospecting methods such as cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking.
  • • Develop and execute a disciplined new business development strategy to build and convert a high-volume sales pipeline with measurable results.
  • • Sell Driven Claims’ software platform and integrated service model to new insurance carrier customers, clearly articulating the value proposition around efficiency, transparency, and faster claim resolution.
  • • Secure introductory meetings with prospects, deliver compelling presentations of the platform, and advance opportunities through each stage of the sales cycle.
  • • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder organizational structures within insurance companies to identify key influencers and decision-makers and align internal stakeholders.
  • • Lead contract negotiations in partnership with the VP of Sales, ensuring alignment on terms and driving deals to successful execution.
  • • Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline activity and forecasting in CRM systems to ensure visibility and accountability across sales operations.
  • • Operate with a hunter-style mindset, taking full ownership of prospecting, qualifying, and closing new enterprise accounts without reliance on inbound leads.
  • • Demonstrate resilience and discipline in a high-pressure, quota-driven environment with consistent follow-through on outreach and next steps.
  • • Leverage industry knowledge and relationships to identify untapped markets and expand the customer base across the U.S. insurance sector.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and enhance the overall sales process.
  • • Represent Driven Claims as a trusted advisor to insurance carriers, reinforcing the company’s commitment to innovation and customer-centric solutions in auto glass claims management.
  • • Adhere to company policies and compliance standards while maintaining the highest ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • • Contribute to the broader mission of Driven Brands by supporting the vision of fueling the pursuit through simpler, more reliable car care experiences across its portfolio of brands.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Must be able to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship
  • • 6+ years of B2B new business development experience, including cold call outreach and executive-level prospecting
  • • Proven track record of success in pure new business development or hunter-style sales roles
  • • Demonstrated ability to access and influence senior executive decision makers
  • • High comfort level with cold calling
  • • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
