  • • As an Enterprise Sales Executive, your primary mission will be to exceed assigned sales targets and quotas while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding our enterprise client base, transforming them into loyal advocates and strategic partners for UiPath.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of strategic sales activities. You will be expected to meticulously mine existing relationships and leverage comprehensive sales and product plans to deepen UiPath's engagement with key enterprise accounts. This involves understanding the intricate business challenges and strategic objectives of our clients to proactively identify and explore automation opportunities that deliver tangible value.
  • • A deep understanding of UiPath's product suite, as well as competitive offerings, is crucial. You will be adept at articulating our unique value proposition, demonstrating how our solutions can address complex business needs and drive significant ROI for our customers. This requires a consultative approach, moving beyond transactional sales to become a trusted advisor.
  • • Developing and executing robust account strategies and long-term roadmaps will be a core part of your role. You will build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across various levels within target organizations. This includes C-suite executives, IT leaders, and business unit heads, fostering trust and establishing UiPath as a strategic partner.
  • • Collaboration is key to success at UiPath. You will work closely with our Technical Sales Support and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding, effective implementation, and ongoing customer satisfaction. Your ability to orchestrate internal resources to meet client needs will be vital in driving adoption and ensuring long-term success.
  • • Achieving and exceeding quarterly sales quotas is a fundamental expectation of this role. You will be responsible for managing your sales pipeline, forecasting accurately, and driving deals to closure within your assigned territory or accounts.
