- • As an Enterprise Sales Executive at Arine Inc., you will drive revenue growth by selling the company’s AI-powered medication intelligence platform to health plans and other healthcare organizations, directly contributing to improved patient outcomes and reduced healthcare waste.
- • Day to day, you will become an expert on Arine’s platform and value proposition, own a defined regional territory, build sales pipelines from prospecting to closing, develop consultative account strategies, identify innovative solutions for clients, and cultivate relationships with health plan leadership to prioritize and win multi-year enterprise deals.

- • In this role, you will achieve mastery in healthcare enterprise sales, exceed aggressive quotas in a hyper-growth environment, develop deep expertise in CMS Stars programs and health plan affordability strategies, and play a pivotal role in scaling a mission-driven company that is saving lives and reducing costs across the U.S. healthcare system.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 10 years in sales or client management with a proven track record of execution, innovation, and growth in the healthcare industry, preferably with health plans
- • Foundational understanding of CMS Stars programs and health plan affordability strategies that align with performance improvement
- • Demonstrated record of success in exceeding quota within a hyper-growth technology organization
- • Strong knowledge of health plans and risk-bearing provider industry segments, including top and bottom-line performance improvement levers
- • Experience building pipeline through identification of cross-sell/upsell opportunities, prospecting, executing large enterprise deals, and managing long-term client partnerships
- • Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to negotiate complex contracts with executive-level stakeholders
