- • As a Sales Development Representative at BLP Digital, you will be at the front line of growth, connecting with decision-makers at leading industrial companies to create new sales opportunities and drive revenue in a fast-growing AI-powered ERP automation scale-up.
- • You will take ownership of targeted outreach through cold calls and personalized messages, conduct discovery meetings with stakeholders, craft tailored value propositions based on client pain points in Finance, Procurement, and Sales, and continuously improve outbound sales tactics while tracking industry trends and P2P/O2C processes.
- • BLP Digital is an AI-first, data-driven SaaS scale-up spun out of ETH Zurich and HSG, serving 20,000+ daily active users across 40+ countries and automating 70,000+ processes daily for Fortune 500 enterprises, backed by deep tech expertise and strong product-market fit.
- • You will develop expertise in enterprise sales, AI-driven lead qualification, CRM management (HubSpot), and consultative selling, while building resilience, structured thinking, and ownership in a high-performance culture that values transparency, candour, and excellence.
