Perk.com Inc. is seeking a dynamic individual to join our growing team as an Enterprise Sales Executive for the Benelux & Nordics region, based in our vibrant Amsterdam office.

  • • As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of acquiring and nurturing large, complex enterprise clients across both our Travel and Spend management solutions. This is a full-cycle sales role where you will own the entire customer journey, from meticulously identifying and prospecting target accounts to conducting in-depth discovery, crafting tailored solution designs, navigating intricate commercial negotiations, and ensuring a seamless handover to our Implementation and Account Management teams. Your ultimate success will be measured not only by closing deals but by ensuring our enterprise clients achieve rapid activation and sustained long-term success on the Perk platform.
  • • A critical aspect of this role is the dual focus on both Travel and Spend. In every qualified opportunity, you are expected to expertly position, articulate the value proposition for, and demonstrate the benefits of both our Travel and Spend management solutions. This requires a comprehensive understanding of the interconnectedness of these business functions and the ability to present a unified, powerful solution to prospective clients.
  • • You will be instrumental in building and managing a robust Enterprise pipeline, leveraging a combination of strategic outbound prospecting and effectively converting high-quality inbound leads. Your ability to conduct deep discovery sessions will be paramount, allowing you to uncover nuanced customer pain points, understand their existing processes, and quantify the potential Return on Investment (ROI) that Perk can deliver.
  • • Designing bespoke solutions that precisely align with customer workflows, data requirements, and existing integration needs will be a core responsibility. This involves collaborating with internal technical teams and understanding the client's IT landscape.
  • • Leading complex sales cycles requires orchestrating multi-stakeholder evaluations involving key decision-makers and influencers across Finance, Procurement, IT, and Operations departments. You will be adept at setting clear timelines, defining ownership, and establishing success criteria, including the strategic use of pilots or soft launches where appropriate.
  • • Navigating the complexities of procurement, legal, and security reviews is essential. You will confidently lead pricing and commercial negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
  • • Driving clean execution is key to customer satisfaction and long-term success. This involves fostering close partnerships with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Implementation Specialists, and Account Managers to guarantee a smooth transition from sales to onboarding and ongoing client success.
  • • Maintaining impeccable pipeline hygiene, ensuring clear and actionable next steps for all opportunities, and providing accurate forecasting are critical for business planning and performance.
  • • You will play a vital role in influencing our product roadmap by actively sharing valuable customer feedback and crucial market insights with our Product teams.
  • • Success in this role will be defined by consistent new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth and achieving strong average deal sizes within the Enterprise segment. High forecast accuracy and healthy stage conversion rates are expected. Furthermore, a fast time-to-activation for new clients, coupled with high-quality handovers to post-sales teams, will be a key indicator of success. Building strong executive alignment and multi-threading within client organizations, particularly with Spend champions, is also a critical measure of effectiveness.
  • • Perk fosters an IRL-first approach, with team members collaborating in person three days a week. This role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our Amsterdam hub.
