- • Serve as the primary account manager for enterprise-level clients in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector across Singapore, driving account growth and customer satisfaction.
- • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level and executive decision-makers to identify new opportunities for UiPath automation solutions within large BFSI accounts.
- • Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans aligned with client objectives, aiming to maximize wallet share and long-term partnership value.
- • Manage and forecast the sales pipeline with precision to consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and company-wide performance goals.
- • Act as the central point of contact for all client-related matters, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and client stakeholders.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, customer success, and technical teams to enhance client experiences, address challenges, and influence product development based on enterprise feedback.
- • Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to evaluate performance, align on strategic priorities, and ensure ongoing value delivery from UiPath solutions.
- • Drive the adoption and consistent execution of UiPath’s sales processes and performance metrics across all enterprise accounts to ensure sales excellence.
- • Establish and nurture relationships with industry influencers, key customers, and strategic partners to strengthen UiPath’s market position in the BFSI sector.
- • Leverage in-depth knowledge of automation and digital transformation trends to position UiPath as a strategic partner in clients’ digital evolution.
- • Translate complex technical capabilities of UiPath’s SaaS platform into business outcomes that resonate with enterprise leadership and procurement teams.
- • Proactively identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and new use-case identification.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to support forecasting, reporting, and internal alignment on account health and pipeline progression.
- • Represent UiPath at industry events, client forums, and executive roundtables to enhance brand visibility and credibility within the BFSI community.
- • Adapt approach dynamically to navigate complex enterprise procurement cycles, compliance requirements, and governance structures unique to financial institutions.
- • Champion a client-centric culture by advocating for customer needs internally and ensuring their voice directly informs UiPath’s strategic direction.
- • Balance autonomy with accountability, leveraging company resources and support to deliver results while operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
