  • • As an Enterprise Sales Executive focused on the Oil and Gas industry, you will drive revenue growth by selling UiPath’s enterprise automation platform to large, complex organizations, directly contributing to digital transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and free up employee time for higher-value work.
  • • You will assess market potential, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets by engaging C-suite and digital transformation leaders through value-based selling, while building trusted relationships with clients, partners, and systems integrators to expand opportunities and ensure successful implementations.
  • • You will collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure post-sale value realization, monitor competitive landscapes and market trends to anticipate customer needs, and share best practices across internal teams to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of solution or value-based selling experience in enterprise software or technology solutions
  • • 5+ years of proven success selling into enterprise accounts, specifically within the Oil and Gas industry
  • • Demonstrated track record of consistent quota attainment and growing enterprise client portfolios with new logo acquisition
