- • As Notion transitions from a burgeoning startup to a robust scale-up, this Enterprise Sales Leader role is pivotal in driving the significant growth of our AMER region, which currently represents a substantial portion of our user base and global revenue.
- • You will be instrumental in shaping and executing strategies to develop new revenue streams within the enterprise segment, working in close collaboration with the Head of Enterprise Sales, AMER.
- • This leadership position involves the critical task of recruiting, nurturing, and guiding a team of founding Account Executives (AEs), fostering an environment where they can achieve their best work and contribute to Notion's success.
- • You will manage the daily operations of the sales team, establishing clear performance expectations and cultivating a culture of high achievement and continuous improvement.
- • A key responsibility will be partnering with cross-functional leaders across Sales Strategy, Marketing, and Sales Development to meticulously plan territory mapping and implement effective pipeline development programs.
- • Collaboration with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering teams is essential to ensure seamless onboarding of new enterprise clients and to continuously refine the customer journey, setting them up for sustained success with Notion.
