  • • As an Enterprise Sales Manager at 1Mind Inc., you will lead and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives responsible for driving new business and expansion across enterprise and mid-market segments, playing a critical role in shaping how revenue teams leverage AI Superhumans to scale beyond human capacity in a fast-growing, early-stage AI startup.
  • • You will recruit, onboard, lead, and develop top-tier sales talent while consistently exceeding pipeline and revenue targets, partnering with GTM leadership to define and execute sales strategy, territory design, and forecasting processes, and driving excellence in outbound execution, discovery, and deal management to ensure the team effectively connects 1Mind Superhumans to measurable business impact.
  • • You will serve as an executive sponsor and escalation point for key customer opportunities, establish a high-performing culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align on GTM strategy and optimize the full revenue funnel.
  • • You will contribute directly to strategic deals as needed, providing guidance on structure, messaging, and negotiation, while embodying a founder’s mentality — acting like an owner who is proactive, resourceful, resilient, and always in service of the customer and mission.
  • • You will demonstrate executive presence and evangelism by commanding rooms, reframing buyer thinking, and telling compelling stories that move people, while consistently overachieving quota through precision, speed, and strategic execution, showing grit and coachability by being relentless, curious, and always leveling up with feedback as fuel.
  • • You will be process-obsessed — buttoned up, data-driven, and operating with efficiency and intent — bringing 6–10 years of SaaS sales experience with at least 2+ years leading a high-performing team, proven success selling into executive-level GTM, product, or technical buyers, and demonstrated ability to build and scale early-stage sales motions, processes, and teams.
  • • You will operate as a strong operator: data-driven, disciplined, and able to build predictable pipeline and forecasting rigor, with deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and executive-level stakeholder management, excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presence, and a passion for coaching, team development, and helping reps hit their full potential.
  • • You will bring deep curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, automation, and the future of work, helping define a new category and build the GTM engine from the ground up alongside a top-tier, high-ownership team during a rapid growth phase, in a high visibility, high impact role with room to grow as we scale.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6–10 years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 2+ years leading a high-performing team
  • • Proven success selling into executive-level GTM, product, or technical buyers
  • • Demonstrated ability to build and scale early-stage sales motions, processes, and teams
  • • Strong operator: data-driven, disciplined, and able to build predictable pipeline and forecasting rigor
  • • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and executive-level stakeholder management
  • • Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presence
