  • • As an Enterprise Sales Manager based in Jakarta, you will be instrumental in driving net new sales within our key enterprise accounts. This is a client-facing role requiring a proactive and self-motivated individual who can develop and execute a comprehensive territory sales plan. Your primary focus will be on identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within a designated geographic region, ensuring Delinea's cutting-edge solutions reach organizations that can benefit from enhanced identity security.
  • • Your responsibilities will include prospecting to generate new contacts and opportunities, diligently pursuing existing leads, and collaborating closely with Delinea's technical experts. This collaboration is crucial for articulating the strengths and capabilities of our products, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with potential clients, and ultimately winning deals. You will be expected to consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales targets, maintain an accurate sales forecast, and meticulously manage your sales pipeline from initial contact through to closure.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves cultivating and managing relationships with our valued Channel Partners. You will also leverage Delinea's executive team and their networks to gain strategic access to prospective clients, opening doors to high-level engagements. Continuous learning is paramount; you will be encouraged to hone your sales craft and deepen your expertise in the dynamic field of cybersecurity, staying abreast of industry trends and Delinea's evolving product portfolio.
  • • The role demands a strategic approach to territory management, including the development of detailed account plans for key prospects. You will be responsible for navigating and controlling complex sales cycles, engaging with multiple stakeholders across various departments within enterprise organizations. This includes conducting executive-level presentations and high-level technical discussions, demonstrating a deep understanding of both business needs and technical solutions.
  • • You will also be responsible for managing client quarterly business reviews, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expansion. A competitive mindset, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively across Delinea's global teams, is essential for success.
