📋 Description
- • Own the full-cycle enterprise sales process from initial outreach to deal closure for strategic SaaS accounts
- • Manage complex, long-cycle sales processes involving multiple stakeholders across enterprise organizations
- • Deliver consultative sales pitches directly to senior leadership and C-suite executives
- • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine go-to-market messaging and positioning for enterprise clients
- • Accurately forecast sales pipeline performance and maintain detailed records in Salesforce and Gong
- • Contribute to the development and scaling of the company’s enterprise sales playbook through data-driven insights
- • Focus exclusively on high-value SaaS deals with annual contract values of $100K+ ARR
- • Work remotely with full-time availability during Eastern Time (ET) business hours
- • Engage with global enterprise clients across industries to support their scaling initiatives through Hangar Aviation Technologies’ SaaS solutions
- • Identify and prioritize strategic accounts with high growth potential and tailor outreach strategies accordingly
- • Maintain deep understanding of product capabilities to align solutions with enterprise customer pain points
- • Track and report on key sales metrics to inform team strategy and executive decision-making
- • Participate in cross-functional alignment meetings to ensure sales, marketing, and product efforts are synchronized
- • Continuously refine outbound strategies based on performance data and feedback from closed deals
- • Represent Hangar Aviation Technologies as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients during the evaluation and negotiation phases
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in startup or high-growth environments
- • Proven track record closing $100K+ ARR enterprise deals
- • Fluency in Salesforce, Gong, and other modern sales tech
- • Strategic, data-driven thinking and comfort in high-level business conversations
- • Availability to work full-time on ET hours
