Your primary objective will be to meticulously identify and engage with high-potential brands, initiating meaningful dialogues that pave the way for our Sales team to secure significant partnerships.
- • This role transcends the transactional; it's about architecting genuine value for prospective clients by understanding their unique challenges and demonstrating how Kyra's innovative AI-powered influencer marketing solutions can drive tangible business impact. You will be instrumental in sparking curiosity, fostering trust, and setting the stage for long-term, mutually beneficial relationships within the dynamic creator economy.
- • Your day-to-day will involve a strategic and multi-faceted approach to outbound engagement. This includes conducting thorough research to build and continuously refine targeted lists of enterprise brands and key decision-makers, primarily within the marketing departments of B2C companies. Leveraging sophisticated tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo, you will identify the right contacts who hold budget authority and are positioned to benefit from Kyra's expertise.
- • The core of your activity will be a 'phone-first' outbound motion, complemented by a sophisticated multi-channel outreach strategy. This involves executing a high volume of personalized touches daily across various platforms, including direct calls, tailored LinkedIn messages, and engaging personalized emails. A key differentiator will be your ability to craft and deliver compelling Loom videos that offer a personal touch and clearly articulate value propositions.
- • Beyond direct outreach, you will be empowered to build your personal brand and establish thought leadership on LinkedIn. By sharing insightful content that educates prospects about the creator economy, showcases Kyra's unique data-driven approach, and highlights industry trends, you will contribute to Kyra's demand generation efforts. Collaboration with our dedicated marketing department will be crucial in amplifying your profile and presence within the industry.
- • A critical responsibility is the booking of high-quality discovery calls. This requires not only securing meetings but ensuring they are well-qualified, with prospects who have a clear understanding of Kyra's value proposition and are genuinely interested in exploring a partnership. Providing detailed context to the Sales team for each meeting will significantly accelerate the conversion process and enhance the effectiveness of sales engagements.
- • You will be encouraged to adopt a mindset of continuous experimentation and optimization. Partnering closely with our Marketing, Product, and Strategy teams, you will actively participate in testing and refining various elements of our outreach, including value propositions, communication cadences, and subject lines. Your insights and feedback will be invaluable in sharpening our go-to-market strategy.
- • Maintaining impeccable data hygiene within our CRM systems, specifically HubSpot and Apollo, is paramount. Accurate and up-to-date records of activities, contacts, and company information are essential for effective pipeline management, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
- • You will be responsible for generating concise yet insightful weekly reports for leadership. These reports should not only detail your progress and key performance indicators but also share valuable learnings, proposed optimizations, and innovative ideas to continuously improve our outbound strategy and drive further growth.

🎯 Requirements

- • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft crisp, human copywriting and present confidently with executive presence.
