- • As a Zip Enterprise Solution Engineer, you serve as the primary pre-sales technical point of contact for the Zip solution suite, acting as a trusted advisor to prospective customers and helping them understand how Zip delivers value within their procurement and technical landscape.
- • You will actively support sales efforts by conducting discovery, demonstrating solutions, handling objections, building custom demos, leading POCs, and ensuring seamless handoff to post-sales teams for successful customer onboarding.
- • You will partner with account executives, sales managers, and post-sales consultants to drive deals to closure, translate customer needs into technical requirements, and provide feedback that shapes product development and sales strategy.
- • As an early member of Zip’s regional team in Germany, you will help build the go-to-market motion from the ground up, influencing strategy across market segments and contributing to the foundational success of Zip in the DACH region through a builder’s mindset and ownership mentality.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in a solution selling environment or similar role with transferable skills
- • Experience selling to F500 clients and engaging with cross-functional decision makers, including C-level executives
- • Strong solution selling skills with the ability to articulate software value by addressing customer pain points in a differentiated way
- • Familiarity with procurement and billing/AP space
- • Excellent discovery skills to uncover customer pain, value, and path to sales success
- • Knowledge of software integration principles, including integration platforms and APIs
- • Fluency in German (C1/C2 or native proficiency) required for working with DACH region customers and stakeholders
