- • As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer at ElevenLabs, you will be at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge voice AI technology into the workflows of a diverse and growing enterprise client base across France. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients can harness the full power of our AI platform, driving adoption and maximizing value through expertly crafted technical solutions and strategic collaboration.
- • Your primary mission is to efficiently scale our technical solutions, acting as a crucial bridge between our innovative AI products and the complex needs of enterprise customers. You will achieve this by providing direct, bespoke technical support, architecting tailored solutions, and by continuously improving our internal processes and empowering our sales teams.
- • A significant part of your role will involve close strategic collaboration with Account Executives. You will be instrumental in enhancing the technical depth and persuasiveness of the sales process, ensuring that potential clients fully grasp the technical capabilities and benefits of ElevenLabs' offerings.
- • You will engage directly with technical stakeholders from our current and prospective enterprise clients. This involves understanding their unique technical environments, challenges, and objectives, and then designing and presenting solutions that seamlessly integrate our AI capabilities into their existing systems.
- • Crafting and delivering compelling technical demonstrations will be a core responsibility. These demonstrations must not only showcase the functionality of our voice AI platform but also clearly articulate its business value proposition, resonating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- • To amplify the effectiveness and technical fluency of our sales team, you will create comprehensive technical enablement resources. This includes developing training materials, best practice guides, and technical documentation that equip our sales force with the knowledge and confidence to discuss and present our solutions effectively.
- • A key aspect of scaling our solutions involves empowering customers to implement and utilize our platform independently. You will achieve this by building intuitive self-service tools and comprehensive documentation that guide users through integration and deployment processes, fostering a sense of autonomy and reducing reliance on direct support for common tasks.
- • You will play a proactive role in identifying opportunities to enhance our product offerings. By observing common integration patterns, recurring customer needs, or emerging feature requests, you will collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to translate these insights into productized features or improvements, thereby shaping the future of our platform.
- • This role demands a proactive, problem-solving mindset, with a strong emphasis on customer success and technical excellence. You will be expected to deeply understand our AI voice and generative AI technologies, and translate that understanding into practical, scalable solutions for businesses.
- • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical support infrastructure, identifying bottlenecks and developing strategies to streamline the customer onboarding and integration process.
- • The ability to anticipate customer needs and proactively offer solutions will be highly valued, ensuring a smooth and successful technical journey for every enterprise client.
- • You will be a key contributor to building a robust knowledge base, documenting solutions, troubleshooting common issues, and sharing best practices across the engineering and sales teams.
