• • As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer based in Mexico, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our cutting-edge voice AI platform to a diverse and growing enterprise customer base. Your primary mission will be to architect and implement robust technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value realization for our clients. This involves not only direct customer engagement but also a strategic focus on refining our internal processes and empowering our sales teams with the technical expertise needed to succeed.

• • A key responsibility will be to collaborate strategically with Account Executives, acting as the technical lynchpin in the sales process. You will translate complex customer needs into elegant, effective solutions, ensuring that our platform's capabilities are clearly understood and highly valued. This involves developing and delivering compelling technical demonstrations that vividly illustrate the unique value proposition of ElevenLabs' AI voice technology.
• • You will engage directly with technical stakeholders at both prospective and existing enterprise clients. Your role will be to provide bespoke technical support, deeply understand their unique challenges, and architect tailored solutions that leverage the full power of our platform. This hands-on engagement will require a strong technical acumen and the ability to translate intricate technical concepts into practical, implementable strategies.
• • Furthermore, you will be instrumental in creating comprehensive technical enablement resources. These materials will serve to enhance the technical fluency and effectiveness of our sales and customer-facing teams, ensuring they are equipped to articulate our value proposition with confidence and precision. By developing clear, concise, and impactful documentation and training materials, you will amplify the reach and success of our go-to-market strategies.

The goal is to empower our customers to independently implement and integrate ElevenLabs' solutions, fostering greater autonomy and accelerating their time-to-value.
