• • As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer at ElevenLabs, you will be at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge AI voice technology into the operations of a diverse and growing enterprise client base. Your primary objective is to architect, demonstrate, and enable the seamless adoption of our powerful AI audio foundational models, ensuring that businesses can leverage our platforms – ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI – to their fullest potential.
• • You will act as a crucial bridge between our innovative technology and the complex needs of enterprise customers, working collaboratively with Account Executives to enrich the technical narrative within the sales cycle. This involves understanding customer challenges deeply and translating them into elegant, effective solutions powered by ElevenLabs' AI.
• • A significant part of your role will involve direct engagement with technical stakeholders at client organizations. You will provide bespoke technical support, guiding them through the integration process, troubleshooting challenges, and architecting solutions that align with their existing technology stacks and business objectives. This requires a proactive and problem-solving mindset, coupled with a strong technical acumen.
• • Crafting and delivering compelling technical demonstrations will be a core responsibility. You will showcase the tangible value proposition of our AI voice and creative platforms, tailoring presentations to resonate with the specific technical and business requirements of each enterprise prospect. The goal is to clearly articulate how ElevenLabs can solve their problems and drive innovation.
• • To amplify the effectiveness and technical understanding of our sales and customer-facing teams, you will develop comprehensive technical enablement resources. This includes creating documentation, guides, and training materials that empower them to confidently discuss and support our products, thereby accelerating the sales process and improving customer onboarding.
• • A key initiative will be the development of self-service tools and robust documentation. This empowers customers to independently implement and integrate ElevenLabs solutions, fostering a sense of autonomy and reducing reliance on direct support for common use cases. This focus on scalability and customer empowerment is vital for our growth.
• • Furthermore, you will play a strategic role in identifying recurring integration patterns or feature requests that emerge from customer interactions. By recognizing these opportunities, you will collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap, driving the development of new features and productization of common solutions that benefit all our users.
