- • Enterprise & Strategic Account Executive role focused on building and scaling enterprise sales efforts for Dandy Technology, Inc., a company transforming the $400B dental industry through technology.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying client leads via discovery calls, identifying and contacting prospective DSOs for new client acquisition, contributing to sales team direction, executing hybrid multi-level selling at practice and executive levels, tracking sales activity in Salesforce to exceed goals, defining enterprise sales processes, and collaborating with senior leadership to meet KPIs and revenue targets.
- • Dandy is a venture-backed innovator modernizing dental practices globally, building an operating system for dental offices to empower clinicians with technology and support. The role is part of a founding team expanding Dandy’s reach in Spain and internationally, focusing on large group practices (15-150+ locations).
- • The role offers opportunity to shape enterprise sales strategy, develop expertise in the dental industry, master complex multi-threaded sales cycles, and drive high-impact revenue growth in a fast-moving, blitz-scaling environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment, with SaaS or Dental DSO experience highly preferred
- • Proven ability to close deals with mid-market clients and experience in multi-level selling
- • Experience breaking new ground by selling novel products, entering new segments, or closing the largest/most complex deals in company history
- • Skilled in Salesforce or similar CRM with meticulous activity tracking habits
- • Experience with MEDDIC sales methodology is a plus
- • Experience selling to Dental/Private Practice Medical ICP or marketplace models is a bonus
