- • Serve as a Founding Enterprise & Strategic Account Executive to build, execute, and scale Dandy’s enterprise sales efforts targeting large dental group practices (15–150+ locations) across Spain and internationally.
- • Qualify enterprise leads through discovery calls and proactively identify and reach out to Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) to generate new pipeline opportunities.
- • Employ a hybrid multi-level selling approach that engages both practice-level clinicians and executive-level decision-makers within enterprise dental groups.
- • Drive land-and-expand strategies by deepening Dandy’s footprint in existing accounts with master agreements or initial product adoption.
- • Own end-to-end sales cycles for high-value, complex enterprise deals, requiring multi-threading, executive champion building, and business case modeling to secure buy-in across organizational layers.
- • Meticulously track all sales activities, pipeline progression, and customer interactions using Salesforce, ensuring 100% data integrity and alignment with team KPIs.
- • Contribute directly to the design, refinement, and documentation of Dandy’s enterprise sales process, shaping scalable methodologies for future hires.
- • Act as a subject matter expert on the dental industry, continuously studying market dynamics, practice workflows, and competitive landscapes to refine Dandy’s value proposition for enterprise clients.
- • Collaborate closely with senior sales leadership to meet and exceed aggressive revenue targets, pipeline goals, and regional expansion metrics.
- • Navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a high-growth startup environment with limited resources, rapidly adapting to feedback and evolving product offerings.
- • Demonstrate a proven ability to sell novel SaaS products into underpenetrated segments, having closed the largest or most complex deal in prior companies.
- • Maintain a relentless focus on continuous improvement, actively participating in sales training, role-playing, and process optimization sessions to refine techniques.
- • Align with Dandy’s mission to modernize the $400B dental industry by positioning technology as a mission-critical enabler for clinicians, administrators, and patients alike.
- • Represent Dandy with professionalism, authenticity, and a strong sense of humor, contributing to a positive, fun, and high-energy team culture.
- • Work autonomously while maintaining strong communication with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to ensure seamless enterprise customer onboarding and retention.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment
- • Deep experience closing mid-market and enterprise deals with multi-level selling
- • Proven track record of selling a novel SaaS product into a new or complex segment
- • Expertise in Salesforce and CRM discipline with meticulous activity tracking
- • Codified sales methodology including multi-threading, executive champion building, and business case modeling
- • Experience in MEDDIC is a plus
