🎯 Requirements

  • • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • • 5+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, preferably with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs).
  • • Strong business and commercial acumen, with a proven ability to manage the contract lifecycle and understand contracting processes and strategy.
  • • Demonstrated ability to seek out and drive improvement and change with limited instruction, operate effectively with limited oversight, and work collaboratively to creatively solve problems.
