📋 Description
- • As an Enterprise Technical Sales Executive – AECO for Autodesk in Italy, you will partner with strategic customers in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) industry to help them realize their full potential through tailored technical solutions that drive business value and long-term partnerships.
- • Day to day, you will build and nurture strategic technical relationships, conduct technical discovery to uncover customer business initiatives, create requirements definitions and scope documents, develop technical proposals, and collaborate with sales, customer success, product, and marketing teams to align solutions with customer needs and drive ROI.
- • You will join Autodesk, a global leader in design and make software, where innovation is fueled by a culture of belonging and purpose — empowering innovators to create greener buildings, smarter factories, and cleaner transportation while shaping a better world for all.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AECO industry trends and Autodesk’s Design & Make portfolio, strengthen your consultative sales and technical influencing skills, and grow your ability to lead complex, cross-functional sales cycles that deliver measurable impact for enterprise clients.
🎯 Requirements
- • Degree, education, or equivalent work experience in Manufacturing, Construction, or Energy industry
- • Fluent in Italian and English
- • Experience or interest in sales-supporting functions such as presales, with strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and travel up to 30% within EMEA and occasionally internationally
