- • Drive high-priority projects across hiring, operations, growth, and market expansion for A1, a proactive AI smart assistant focused on reliability, persistent context, and real-world task completion.
- • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, recruiters, universities, communities, and external partners to support talent acquisition and market presence.
- • Support new market launches and expansion initiatives, identifying local opportunities and adapting strategies to regional contexts.
- • Identify operational challenges and develop solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and execution across functions.
- • Represent A1 at industry events, community gatherings, and external engagements to build brand awareness and strategic alliances.
- • Work directly with founders and senior leaders on strategic initiatives, translating vision into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
- • Take full ownership of projects from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery without requiring constant oversight.
- • Operate independently in a high-talent-density environment with minimal structure, demonstrating initiative and bias toward action.
- • Contribute directly to company success by solving ambiguous problems across multiple disciplines, including HR, operations, partnerships, and growth.
- • Align all activities with A1’s mission to distribute intelligence to the world through a reliable, multi-step reasoning AI assistant.
- • Engage in end-to-end execution of hiring initiatives, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating with recruitment teams to attract top-tier talent.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and shifting demands in a fast-paced startup environment with no predefined processes.
- • Maintain high standards of execution and accountability, ensuring all initiatives reflect A1’s commitment to quality and impact.
