- • Drive high-priority projects across hiring, operations, growth, and market expansion for A1, a proactive AI smart assistant focused on reliability, persistent context, and real-world task completion.
- • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, recruiters, universities, communities, and external partners to support talent acquisition and market presence.
- • Support new market launches and expansion initiatives by identifying opportunities, assessing local dynamics, and executing go-to-market strategies.
- • Help identify and solve operational challenges across functions, ensuring alignment with A1’s mission of distributing intelligence to the world.
- • Represent A1 at industry events, community gatherings, and external engagements to build brand awareness and foster strategic connections.
- • Work directly with founders and senior leaders on strategic initiatives, translating vision into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
- • Take full ownership of projects from concept through execution, operating with autonomy and minimal structure in a high-talent-density environment.
- • Contribute directly to company success by moving quickly, solving problems without waiting for instructions, and adapting to non-deterministic system behaviors inherent in AI workflows.
- • Engage across multiple disciplines including engineering, product, and external partnerships to ensure seamless integration of human and AI-driven processes.
- • Maintain high standards of execution, prioritizing impact over process, and delivering results in a fast-paced, startup environment with no bureaucracy.
