- • Drive high-priority projects across hiring, operations, growth, and market expansion for A1, a proactive AI smart assistant focused on reliability, persistent context, and real-world task completion.
- • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, recruiters, universities, communities, and external partners to support talent acquisition and market presence.
- • Support new market launches and expansion initiatives by identifying opportunities and executing strategies aligned with A1’s mission of distributing intelligence globally.
- • Help identify and solve operational challenges across functions, ensuring seamless execution of company priorities.
- • Represent A1 at industry events, community gatherings, and external engagements to enhance brand visibility and strategic partnerships.
- • Work directly with founders and senior leaders on strategic initiatives, contributing to high-impact decisions and execution.
- • Take full ownership of projects from concept through execution, operating with autonomy in a high-talent-density, low-structure environment.
- • Operate across multiple disciplines including HR, operations, business development, and marketing without waiting for detailed instructions.
- • Contribute to building a culture of high ownership, independent thinking, and rapid execution in alignment with A1’s standards.
- • Engage in end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and nurturing relationships with potential hires across diverse talent pools.
- • Translate strategic ideas into actionable plans with measurable outcomes, ensuring alignment with A1’s focus on long-running workflows and reliable AI systems.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and unfamiliar challenges, maintaining momentum and impact in a fast-moving startup environment.
