- • The Entrepreneur in Residence role at CRS is a high-impact, two-year engagement designed to accelerate the career of a builder who thrives on turning ideas into real products and ventures. Working directly with the Founder/CTO, you will support a diverse portfolio spanning regulated data, SaaS, AI startups, and real estate investments, gaining unparalleled exposure to multiple businesses and leadership styles.
- • Day to day, you will incubate products from zero to one—identifying problems, architecting solutions, and launching them into market. This includes building landing pages, running ad campaigns, engineering AI-powered pipelines, creating user communities, leading growth hackathons, and deploying marketing budgets to test and scale ideas quickly.
- • CRS is a leader in regulated data with a focus on consumer and business credit access, operating as a dynamic ecosystem of ventures led by a serial entrepreneur. The company values speed, experimentation, and hands-on learning, offering a unique environment where you learn by doing across multiple domains.
- • In this role, you will develop end-to-end product-building expertise, master AI-native workflows, sharpen growth hacking and conversion optimization skills, and gain direct mentorship from a successful founder—positioning you to launch your own ventures or lead high-impact innovation elsewhere.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven ability to take an idea from concept to tangible deliverable (website, MVP, or mockup) without relying on a roadmap
- • Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., LLMs, Cursor) into technical and creative workflows to automate design, build pipelines, or solve complex problems
- • Demonstrated skill in growth marketing: building landing pages, running ad campaigns, managing budgets, and optimizing for conversion and user acquisition
