  • • This specific opportunity is based on our client's site within the dynamic education sector in New Zealand. As the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and issues, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless technological operations for our educational clients. Your responsibilities will encompass providing outstanding customer service through both direct, face-to-face interactions and efficient management of the ticket board. A key aspect of this role involves communicating complex technical information to non-technical users in a clear and understandable manner, while adeptly prioritizing and troubleshooting a wide range of technical challenges.
  • • You will be instrumental in diagnosing and resolving technical problems reported by clients, meticulously documenting and tracking each issue within our ticketing system to ensure accountability and efficient workflow. This role demands proactive engagement, including escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate specialized teams and diligently following up until a satisfactory resolution is achieved. Continuous learning is paramount; you will be expected to stay abreast of the latest product knowledge and evolving industry trends to consistently provide accurate, timely, and effective support.
  • • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to tackle and resolve complex technical problems, contributing to a unified approach to client support. Attention to detail is critical, particularly in completing daily timesheets accurately, which is essential for project management and operational efficiency. This position offers a structured work week: Monday through Thursday, 8 hours daily, and Friday, 6 hours, totaling 38 hours per week. This role is a potential future opportunity, and applicants will be contacted when a suitable position becomes available in their stated location or if they express willingness to relocate.
