  • • The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive EHS program that ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • • This includes conducting regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards, developing and implementing procedures for emergency response and crisis management, and providing training and education to employees on EHS policies and procedures.
  • • The EHS Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and for communicating EHS information to employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • • In addition, the EHS Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure that EHS considerations are integrated into all aspects of the business, including operations, maintenance, and capital projects.
  • • The EHS Manager will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with changing regulations and industry best practices, and for applying this knowledge to improve EHS performance.
  • • This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • • The EHS Manager will be a key member of the T5 Data Centers, LP team and will work closely with other departments to ensure that EHS considerations are integrated into all aspects of the business.
  • • The EHS Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive EHS training program for employees.
  • • This includes developing and delivering training sessions, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of the training program.
  • • The EHS Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and for communicating EHS information to employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • • In addition, the EHS Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure that EHS considerations are integrated into all aspects of the business, including operations, maintenance, and capital projects.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
  • • Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS, with a focus on data center operations.
  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
  • • Ability to stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry best practices.
