  • • As an Environmental Health & Safety Consultant at KPA, you will play a crucial role in helping clients maintain safe workplaces by identifying, remedying, and preventing safety and compliance issues through onsite audits, training, and regulatory engagement.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting field audits at client sites, delivering employee safety trainings, building and maintaining relationships with clients and dealer groups, interacting with regulatory agencies, and providing expert guidance to minimize risk and improve profitability for clients.
  • • You will be part of KPA’s Risk Management team, a group of dedicated professionals committed to workforce compliance and safety, working together to ensure clients can operate safely and efficiently while focusing on their core business.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in EHS regulations and industry best practices, strengthen your client-facing and consulting skills, and contribute directly to reducing workplace incidents—helping send employees home safely every day.

šŸŽÆ Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field
  • • Minimum of 3 years of experience in EHS consulting, safety management, or regulatory compliance
  • • Proven ability to conduct onsite safety audits, develop training programs, and communicate complex regulations clearly to diverse audiences
  • • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional, persuasive, and likable demeanor
  • • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 2-3 weeks per quarter for overnight client visits across Central Florida and the Southeast Coast
  • • OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent preferred
