• • The Epic Charge Capture Analyst serves as a subject-matter expert in charge-capture workflows, Epic system builds, and revenue-integrity processes, playing a critical role in helping hospitals optimize reimbursement and financial performance.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing and documenting charge capture workflows, building order sets and preference cards in Epic, developing and delivering staff training, collaborating on Charge Description Master (CDM) updates, partnering with clinical and billing teams to resolve gaps, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and payer requirements.
