- • As an Epic - Clinical Business Solutions Analyst at Mercy Health, you will serve as a primary liaison between Epic Clinical teams and internal/external customer teams, ensuring effective communication and delivery of Epic Clinical services to support project goals and healthcare operations.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing and cultivating relationships with Epic Clinical teams and customers, marshalling appropriate resources for service delivery, providing production support through monitoring, troubleshooting, configuration, and enhancement of systems, and assisting in deployment and implementation planning for applications and system integrations.
- • You will also research, recommend, and design new technologies and system enhancements, offering consulting advice on environment capabilities while aligning your work with Mercy’s mission, values, and Service Standards.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
- • 1-2 years of relevant technical or business work experience
- • Experience with EpicCare AMB, Healthy Planet, Emergency ASAP, Kaleidoscope, Nurse on Call, Home Health, Hospice, Haiku, Canto, or MyChart modules
- • Strong communication and collaboration skills to interface with clinical and technical teams
- • Ability to troubleshoot, configure, and enhance Epic systems in a production support environment
- • Familiarity with healthcare workflows and clinical operations
