📋 Description

• The Epidemiology Medical Writer Manager, RWE role is responsible for executing real-world evidence (RWE) research, including claims database analyses, observational studies, and patient-reported outcomes studies, to support drug development and commercialization efforts.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include developing study protocols, preparing draft study reports and external publications, contributing to congress presentations and manuscripts, serving as the primary sponsor contact for assigned projects, and participating in business development activities.
• The role sits within Syneos Health’s Clinical Solutions team, which partners with life sciences innovators across the drug development continuum, applying deep expertise to understand customer needs and deliver solutions that advance patient outcomes.
• In this role, the individual will develop expertise in real-world research methodologies, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, and contribute to high-impact scientific communications that inform healthcare decisions and advance therapeutic area knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master’s) in epidemiology, economics, public health, or other health-related fields
• At least two years’ experience writing protocols, study reports, and similar documents for RWE/RWLP work
• Fluent in written English; regional language fluency (e.g., Japanese, Chinese, Korean) is preferred
• Ability to travel as necessary (approximately 10-15%)
• Strong personal communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with statistical software and personal computers
