- • As an Equipment Development Engineer - Electrical Engineer at Solenis, you will play a critical role in designing and developing innovative equipment solutions for the Pulp/Paper and Water Treatment business, directly contributing to improved operational efficiency, product quality, and environmental sustainability for global customers.
- • Day to day, you will lead electrical engineering aspects of equipment development projects, including ideation, design, CAD drawing creation, manual development, and construction oversight, while collaborating with commercial teams, vendors, and the Solenis Launch team to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of safe, market-ready equipment.
- • You will join a global team of over 23,000 professionals at Solenis, a 2025 Best Managed Company Gold Standard honoree, headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, with 78 manufacturing facilities across six continents, where innovation in water and hygiene solutions drives real-world impact.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in electrical engineering for industrial equipment, strengthen cross-functional project leadership, and gain end-to-end ownership of product development cycles—from concept to launch—while advancing your career in a company committed to professional growth and innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering or science field
- • 8+ years of industry experience in Engineering Product Development
- • Strong project management experience with proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- • Proficiency in CAD or other relevant drawing programs for electrical design and documentation
- • Ability to learn and apply new technologies and concepts quickly
- • Willingness to travel 30-40% for site visits, vendor collaboration, and equipment oversight
