- • As an Equity Management Analyst at Deel, you will play a critical role in supporting the tracking and reporting of portfolio performance for a globally distributed SaaS leader valued at $17.3 billion, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis that informs executive decision-making and drives strategic growth in global work infrastructure.
- • You will own the end-to-end management of portfolio tracking software, proactively engage with founders quarterly to gather financial data and KPIs, analyze financial statements and updates, and produce precise executive reports that reflect portfolio performance with discretion and rigor in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
- • You will join a mission-driven team of over 7,000 across 100+ countries at Deel, a pioneer in global HR and payroll technology recognized by CNBC Disruptor 50, Forbes Cloud 100, and Deloitte Fast 500, where your work directly contributes to scaling compliant, equitable access to opportunity for workers worldwide.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- • Previous experience in Venture Capital or Investing is highly recommended
- • High proficiency in Excel and Google Suite
- • Excellent written and verbal English skills
