- • As a Loss Adjuster, you will help people whose homes have been damaged by an event, support businesses whose operations have been disrupted, and work with various stakeholders to resolve claims.
- • You will be responsible for the independent handling and regulation of property and liability damage, with a focus on building damage (high and low construction).
- • You will conduct on-site inspections and damage assessments, create reports and statements, and evaluate the causes, extent, and costs of damage.
- • You will work independently and collaboratively with relevant parties (insurers, policyholders, service providers, experts, etc.) to ensure a high-quality and customer-oriented claims handling process.
- • You will be part of a team that values a collegial atmosphere, with people who are approachable, listen, and are willing to help.

🎯 Requirements
- • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen (z. B. Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Maschinenbau), eine Ausbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem der obigen Fachgebiete
- • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Gebäudeschäden
- • Gute Kenntnisse im Hoch- und Tiefbau von Vorteil
- • Analytisches Denkvermögen und ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
- • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- • Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung
- • Führerschein Klasse B
