- • Architect complex finance systems landscapes to enhance the effectiveness of the office of the CFO using leading ERP and digital technologies.
- • Work directly with finance and accounting organizations to define business requirements for data solutions and ERP implementations.
- • Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, with primary focus on NetSuite, including functional design, configuration, and project oversight.
- • Conduct ERP selection engagements by performing market scans, evaluating vendors, and advising clients on the most suitable systems for their business needs.
- • Formulate strategic recommendations that enable leadership teams to make informed, data-driven business decisions.
- • Collaborate across Accordion’s global service lines and geographies to deliver integrated financial technology solutions.
- • Develop and maintain business requirements documents for ERP and finance transformation initiatives.
- • Advise clients on integrating ERP systems with peripheral tools such as HR, T&E, CRM, BI, and middleware platforms.
- • Demonstrate deep functional expertise in finance processes within ERP environments, particularly around financial close, reporting, and planning.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the broader ERP landscape including Workday, Dynamics, Sage, and SAP to provide objective client guidance.
- • Raise Accordion’s CFO Technology capability awareness by attending industry conferences, vendor roadshows, and market events.
- • Travel extensively across Europe to support client engagements in various jurisdictions.
- • Manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously, balancing hands-on project execution with leadership and client management responsibilities.
- • Mentor junior team members and contribute to building Accordion’s European CFO Technology practice from the ground up.
- • Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset in a flat, high-growth organization, driving growth while delivering exceptional client service.
- • Leverage understanding of private equity sponsor dynamics and portfolio company needs to align technology solutions with value creation goals.
- • Communicate complex technical and financial concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
- • Lead by example, embodying a strong work ethic, team-oriented approach, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- • 5+ years’ experience in an ERP consulting environment
- • Minimum 3+ years’ hands-on experience implementing NetSuite at a reputable partner firm, end-user company, or technical consulting firm
- • Experience leading end-to-end ERP implementations of NetSuite
- • Strong understanding of ERP concepts, business processes, and industry-specific finance requirements
- • Proficiency in discussing ERP solutions from a functional finance perspective
