• • The Escrow Management Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and compliant escrow operations that support homeowners’ financial stability and regulatory adherence within Valon’s modern mortgage servicing platform.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include executing escrow analysis, reviewing annual escrow statements for compliance with RESPA, researching tax and insurance activity, processing escrow refunds and setup/deletion requests, handling escalated loan issues, reviewing control reports for regulatory compliance, and providing feedback to inform product improvements.
• • The Loan Administration team at Valon ensures seamless backend operations across servicing, payment processing, and default management, enabling a first-class homeowner experience through precision, compliance, and innovation.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in mortgage servicing regulations, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, and contribute directly to process improvements and product evolution in a fast-growing, technology-driven financial services company.
