- • As an Escrow Officer at RealNetworks, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and compliant execution of real estate transactions from opening to closing, directly supporting the company’s mission to reimagine the residential real estate experience through technology and human-centered service.
- • Your work will safeguard transaction integrity, protect client interests, and contribute to Real’s reputation as a trusted, innovative leader in title and escrow services across multiple U.S. states.
- • You will manage end-to-end escrow transactions, including opening files, coordinating with all parties, reviewing title commitments and legal documents, preparing settlement statements, conducting closings, overseeing fund disbursement, and ensuring accurate recording of documents in full compliance with state-specific regulations and company policies.
- • You will serve as the primary point of communication for buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents, providing clear, timely updates and resolving inquiries to maintain a seamless and stress-free closing experience.
- • You will analyze title reports, surveys, plats, and legal descriptions to identify potential issues such as liens, encroachments, or boundary disputes, and collaborate with title examiners, attorneys, and underwriters to resolve them prior to closing.
- • You will coordinate with external partners including title insurance companies, lenders, and recording offices to ensure all conditions are met, documents are properly executed, and funds are disbursed accurately and securely.
- • You will maintain meticulous, confidential records for each transaction in accordance with legal and company standards, utilizing escrow management systems (with preference for experience in Doubletime or Qualia) and Microsoft Office tools to track deadlines, documents, and financials.
- • You will stay current with evolving state real estate laws, title regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing learning and internal training, applying this knowledge to improve processes and ensure compliance.
- • You will participate in quarterly travel to attend broker events and engage with regional partners, supporting business development and strengthening Real’s presence in local markets.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in escrow and title operations, gain exposure to a fast-growing, tech-driven real estate platform, and have the opportunity to influence process improvements that scale across multiple states, positioning you for advancement into senior escrow, training, or leadership roles within Real’s Title Services division.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 4+ years of direct experience in escrow, title services, or real estate transaction coordination.
- • Active Escrow Officer license required or eligibility to obtain one in the state of Colorado.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with escrow management systems such as Doubletime or Qualia.
