📋 Description

• As a Senior Functional Specialist in Oracle Retail Merchandising (RMS), you will be a key contributor to the evolution and stability of core business solutions, ensuring technology enables real operational outcomes for the company.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements with functional and technical stakeholders, designing and documenting functional solutions on Oracle Retail RMS and associated modules, participating in implementation and enhancement projects, providing first-level functional support for production incidents, executing and accompanying functional tests, integrations, and data validations, preparing functional documentation and user manuals, collaborating with cross-functional teams (business, development, QA, infrastructure), and ensuring adherence to project management best practices (agile or traditional).
• Coderio LLC designs and delivers scalable digital solutions for global enterprises, with a strong technical foundation and product-oriented mindset. The company leads complex software projects from architecture to execution, values autonomy, clear communication, and technical excellence, and collaborates closely with international teams and partners to build impactful technology.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Oracle Retail RMS and related modules, strengthen your functional analysis and solution design skills, gain hands-on experience in end-to-end project lifecycles, improve your stakeholder management and technical communication abilities, and position yourself for technical leadership and career growth within a modern engineering culture.
