- • The Estagiária - Woman in STEM role at Solenis LLC is a hands-on internship designed to promote female leadership and inclusion in STEM fields, specifically supporting commercial and market strategies in the industrial chemical sector.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the development and tracking of commercial strategies, participating in customer analysis to identify needs, supporting proposal and service presentations, contributing to client and team-facing materials, collaborating on value proposition generation, engaging in innovation and business development projects, and actively promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all activities.
- • Solenis is a global leader in specialty chemical production and application, focused on sustainable solutions for water-intensive industries including consumer, industrial, institutional, food and beverage, and pool and spa water markets, with a mission to solve operational and sustainability challenges through the right people, expertise, and technology.
- • The intern will gain practical experience in commercial operations within a multinational chemical company, develop professional skills in market analysis and client engagement, contribute to meaningful innovation projects, and grow within an organization that values diversity, ethical conduct, and continuous learning.

- • Currently in the final year of a degree related to industrial chemistry
