📋 Description

• Senior Executive Assistant supporting two Senior Founders at Sesame Technologies, a fast-growing tech startup building lifelike voice agents and human-centered computers.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing complex calendars, anticipating scheduling conflicts, preparing executives for meetings, coordinating global travel, handling confidential communications, and supporting strategic initiatives and process improvements.
• The team comprises founders from Oculus and Ubiquity6, with leadership from Meta, Google, and Apple, focused on creating intuitive, human-like computing experiences.
• In this role, you will develop strategic partnership skills, enhance executive support capabilities, drive operational efficiencies, and gain exposure to high-impact projects in a visionary AI-hardware startup environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, founders, or senior leadership in high-growth startups
• Proven strategic mindset with ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
• Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong follow-through
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust across all organizational levels
• Expert proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and modern business productivity tools
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and adapting quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
