📋 Description

• As an Estimate Share Adjuster at Allstate, you will provide superior customer service by virtually inspecting vehicle damage, writing repair estimates, completing total loss valuations, and negotiating settlements with repair facilities, tow yards, and customers.
• Day to day, you will act as a Customer Service Expert, Investigator, Effective Communicator, Negotiator, Problem Solver, and Recorder—using empathy to guide customers through claims, investigating coverage, communicating via phone/email/video, negotiating settlements, utilizing estimate tools, and maintaining accurate documentation in the claims system.
• You will join Allstate’s Claims team, a leader in insurance innovation for over 90 years, dedicated to protecting families through advancements in pricing, telematics, and identity protection while fostering a culture of care, empowerment, and restoration.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in auto damage appraisal, negotiation, and claims management while earning industry-recognized adjuster licenses and gaining experience with CCC One estimating software in a fast-paced, remote environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years or more experience writing auto collision estimates
• Prior experience using an auto estimating program such as CCC One
• Ability to obtain and maintain adjuster’s license in multiple markets within 60 days of hire
• Dedicated private workspace with minimum internet bandwidth of 50 MB down/5 MB up
• Willingness to attend 2 weeks of in-person training in Dallas, TX
